Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a session with Lunar House, you agree to the following terms: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Clients may reschedule their reading or healing session up to two (2) hours prior to the scheduled start time. If a client fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show, will be canceled, and the client will forfeit the right to reschedule.
